Course overview
In today’s fast-paced world, things can get on top of us all too easily. When it comes to work life, that can be especially challenging. All those tight deadlines, a lack of balance between home and work, and the different personalities of colleagues and managers to contend with. And they’re probably all facing the same challenges, too. It’s no wonder more than 1 in 4 of us will experience some form of mental health issue at some point in our lives.
Talking about our struggles can help make a huge difference, and that includes employees speaking directly to their managers. Starting that conversation may seem pretty difficult, especially in the workplace. But getting it started is what this course is all about. If employees are struggling with mental health issues, then speaking up is crucial. Nobody should struggle in silence.
