To create a culture change, you’ll first need to define what the organization currently stands for. It’s important to understand what is and isn’t working to ensure a positive cultural shift. Additionally, it’s crucial to establish what you want the future state of the organizational culture to look like. This can take the form of current and future state mapping.
Your HR and managers can invoke positive culture change by undertaking current and future state mapping. This process will help them identify your existing workplace culture and the ideal state of what you would like the workplace culture to look like.
