Course overview
Leadership isn’t about being in a position of authority. It’s about how well you can influence other people and mobilize them for your cause. Anyone can be a leader. Adaptive leaders encourage leadership among their employees so everyone can deal with challenges more easily.
To get things done and provoke change, leaders may have to take a chance and challenge authority themselves. That’s not easy. There are psychological barriers which might hold them back. Fortunately, there are processes they can follow and strategies they can use to overcome those barriers and be great adaptive leaders.
