Collection Overview

It’s predicted that at least 15% of the world’s population are neurodivergent.  That means a large percentage of your employees could be neurodivergent. If you want to create a genuinely inclusive workplace, you need to accommodate everyone’s needs. So, you need to know how to create an accommodating workplace for your neurodivergent employees, but also train all your workforce on understanding inclusion.

With this collection, all your employees will get an Introduction to Neurodivergency. They will understand more about their neurodivergent colleagues, and learn to Recognize the Value of a Neurodiverse Workforce. HR teams and managers will be trained on Building an Inclusive Recruitment Process, and will learn how to create an inclusive environment for Neurodiversity in the Workplace.
